We’ve been using Day Hill for a few years, and with three teenage drivers and their used cars, we’re in there a lot! Justin and Keith consistently provide friendly and competent service each time. Their recommendations for what needs to be done are honest, telling us which items are urgent, what can wait, and what should be considered later on. We always feel like we’re getting a fair deal and quality service. I leave there feeling like I’ve talked to a friend instead of a slimy salesman. Extra points for not making automotive-challenged people feel stupid for not knowing things or having questions! They are patient, take time to explain and take our questions seriously.
