We're experiencing an issue with my son's Dodge Charger. He visited your shop at the beginning of December for an oil change, and since then, his car has developed an oil leak. There were no fluid leaks before this visit, but now, every time he moves the car, there's a visible oil leak in our driveway. I want to mention that the oil change was not his first visit to this shop. My son had a tune-up back in September last year as well. How come they didn't notice a leaking problem then? This isn't the first issue we've encountered with your shop. When we had the Cadillac fixed there, the technician left parts unassembled on the right front side, and we had to return to get it properly fixed. Now, my son's car is leaking oil after an oil change. In my opinion, oil leaks don't just start out of nowhere. The oil leak issue began after your team performed the oil change. As I mentioned earlier, we had no problems with oil leaking before bringing the car to your shop. You are trying to excuse yourself from a problem that was created during your service. Such a shame.

Sorry about your displeasure with our services. When your Charger was in for the oil change we gave you an estimate to fix your oil leak. Your oil leak has gotten worse. I don't see a problem with our service. Thanks for the review, Keith and the Day Hill Automotive Team.
