Love this place!! HONEST, above all they are honest and trustworthy- I will never go anywhere else

After reading other reviews about Day Hill Automotive, I decided to take my vehicle there, not to mention it's 2 minutes from my home. The moment I walked in the door I felt as ease. Justin was easy to speak with and right away I knew I was in the right place. I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an A/C services, come to find out the Condenser had a hole in it. Justin notified my right away, ordered the part and got it installed. I picked up the Jeep and two days later my A/C Evaporator blew. I called Justin and brought it back to the shop. The issue was verified and I received the call right away and the parts were ordered. I asked them since you have to pull off the dash anyway, please replace the heater core. I picked up my Jeep and then not a week ltr my radiator and water pump went. Again, I called Justin and he said drop it off, they had made the repair the next day. Justin is an example of what Customer Service should be. The shop worked on my vehicle right away each time. I wasn't scheduled out days or weeks which is a huge benefit. They also work with me on the labor, as all the issues happened within 2 weeks of each other. Day hill Automotive is sensitive to customer needs and understanding that stuff happens thays out of our control. It nice to be able to go to a shop that doesn't take advantage of a customer's vehicle problem. I give them 5 stars for all aspects and if you need auto repairs and your in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to use Day Hill Automotive. They are now my go to for Automotive repair needs.

It was a BLESSED DAY when a friend suggested I take my 2010 Kia Soul to Day Hill Automotive. I had been having trouble with my car for years and had been fooled into thinking it was fixed when time and again, it ended up back in the shop, causing me to REPLACE the same part, spending thousands of dollars only to find out two different repair shops had not put in the SPECIFIC Kia part that it required. Day Hill correctly assessed the difficulty, and the problem was finally solved! They take pride in servicing their customers with an honest estimate and timely fix. To date, my 2010 with 194,000 miles (almost as old as I am) runs like a top!
