Day Hill Automotive is a multigenerational business that goes above and beyond to provide EXCELLENT customer service, every single time. When we lived in Windsor, we started using them because it was convenient. After forty years, we use them because they are trustworthy, honest and efficient. We value those qualities so much that we now drive from South Windsor to take advantage of this great business. They never over-charge or suggest services that are not needed. They fix what you ask them to, rotate the tires and check the battery with every visit. Actually they probably check lots of other things as well. They always give us a sense of services that we need to plan for down the road, e.g., new brakes, new tires. Getting appointments is never a problem, and when we are in a bind, they have never failed to fit us in. Keith and the Day Hill crew are exceptional.
