Super fair and professional. I walked in at 9 am and my car had already been repaired by 5 pm same day. They even lowered the price when a repair took less time than originally quoted, which any other business would have probably kept a secret for extra profit. Edit: years later, I'm still coming here and I'm still not disappointed
