Keith and DL are great guys. I came in today for Pre purchase inspections and it was a breeze to get details from inspection. I booked an appointment online (nice feature), someone will call you to confirm the date and time and you're off to races. About PPI, they generate 62 points inspection results online and send you a link on your phone to check detailed results. They'll also verbally explain if anything needs fixing. A NOTE : The 62 point inspection does not cover windshield check and side mirror or other such things. I just called them to ask why the report did not show it and they said they focus on mechanics of the car mainly (which is more important anyway when you're buying a used car) I think I found a local mechanic shop that's friendly and a one stop shop for my needs.
