Love Dayhill Auto! Keith and his entire crew are amazing. We always use them for our cars needs, but this last experience this week was especially memorable, and I have so much gratitude for them. On Friday we had an “emergency” situation with my car as the catalytic converter had been stolen. I called and Keith told me to bring the car right over so he could assess it and get started on repairs. He didn’t even hesitate to tell me to come right away, and that is so appreciated in situations that are stressful such as this. He got my car repaired and back to me in record time. One other thing that I so appreciate is that they are honest and don’t try and sell you services that you don’t need. That’s hard to come by these days. We will never bring our vehicles elsewhere. Can’t explain the appreciation of squeezing in my appointment day of. Even offered to drive me across the street for me to get to work on time. They were timely and very polite! I like that I got a text with an update on my safety inspection and service recommendations. It’s an easy decision who’s getting my future vehicle appointments.

Good customer service experience.

I was taking vehicles for my company to a different shop. Every time something would go in for routine maintenance it ended up being one thing after another. I'm no mechanic but my best friend is, and for my personal vehicles I always do work myself or take it to him. I have enough knowledge on vehicles and maintenance/repair to know when someones takking advantage of me. Every single time I've taken a work van or pickup here it's going in either that day or the day after, and fixed and ready for pickup the same day/ morning of the day after. Every single time. These guys know their stuff, plenty of techs/lifts there to get routine jobs done in a timely fashion, and then some. Started coming here with the fleet vehicles for my company Instead of a different place, when Dan calls me tells me what's going on and says what hes going to do, he does it. Everytime. Doesnt just tell me what I want to hear. When/if someone closeby, or even myself needs work done no question this is my first choice. They dont mess around down at Country Auto. Couldn't be happier!!!
